If you are unsatisfied with our product’s quality we will offer you a full refund within 30 days from the ship-out date. Please note, that once you exceed the 30 days we will not offer any refunds.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information has been generated.

  • Order Confirmation Number
  • A picture of the Lot Code information from your package (this can be found on the back of the packaging)
