Currently, shipping is only available within Canada and the US.
Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 24 hrs (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on Friday-Sunday, or, on statutory holidays will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days. Once orders have shipped, a shipment notification will be sent to your email address with details to track your package. Please note that we cannot edit order/address details once your order has been placed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information has been generated.
Be sure to ship to a mailing address where an individual can receive the package upon arrival as chocolate items may melt in warmer climates.
